Returns and refunds
Under our standard policy, you have 14 days to return a full price, unworn item, in the same condition that you received it, and 7 days to return sale items. However, due to Covid-19, we have relaxed our returns policy and you now have 30 days to return a full price item and 14 days to return sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and you must have a receipt or proof of purchase. A fully completed returns form with a reason for the return is also required to process any refund.
If 30 days have passed since you made your purchase (14 days for sale items), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange even if the goods are returned unsolicited.
Any item bought via one of our retail partners must be returned to the retailer directly. Unfortunately, any item that has been bought anywhere other than our official website is not eligible for a return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We cannot accept returns of Gift Cards or perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazine. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any free gift/item received via website promotion is not returned with purchased items.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (14 days for sale items).
Regrettably, any item that is returned and falls out of the above terms and conditions or if items are sent. you will be required to arrange collection or the cost of returning the goods to you will be deducted from any refunds.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing elements not due to our error, cannot be refunded unless it is faulty.
If your purchase comes with a free gift/item as part of any web promotion, then this needs to be returned with your purchased items to be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 28 days.
If you haven’t received a refund after 28 days, please double check your account and check with your bank or credit card company to ensure your refund is not being held by them.

Regrettably, we are unable to offer further sizing information on individual styles, although we make every effort to identify whether silhouettes are low, mid or high top in the product descriptions.
Competition terms and conditions
Competitions are open to all residents of mainland United Kingdom, unless explicitly outlined in the advertisement. The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are not included. Proof of UK residency may be requested.
We have the right to select an alternative winner if the terms and conditions of the competition have not been met.
Any employees or family members, including partners and common law spouses, of Android Homme, 2Squared Agency or any Android Homme retail partners are excluded from entry.
Prizes that involve apparel or footwear can only be offered in the sizes offered on the website.
For entrants who are under the age of 18, the details of a parent/guardian must be provided and signed authorisation needs to be granted for the prize to be awarded. Proof of identification will be required for all involved.
We may ask for proof of age and proof of identity to verify that an entrant is genuine.
Launch and closure dates for competition entries are indicated as part of each competition. Any and all entries received before the launch or following the end of the competition are invalid and will not be entered.
Any competitions requiring content submission must be genuine content, wholly owned by the entrant and free from any copyright restrictions or infringements.
Any entry deemed to be incomplete, inaccurate, inaudible, incomprehensible, or has not been received by the deadline is excluded from the competition.
Any expenses incurred in competition submissions are wholly the responsibility of the entrant.
At our sole discretion, we may refuse a prize if it is believed the entry is ineligible, in breach of laws or these terms and conditions. We may also decide to withhold or delay a prize at our discretion.
Any and all decisions made by us are final.
In entering competitions, entrants accept these terms and conditions and release Android Homme, 2Squared Agency or any 2Squared Agency brands from any liability by which we are unaware.
Why has my Android Homme order been cancelled because of fraud?
To protect our customers from online fraud, we operate the strongest fraud prevention checks available to us via our platform. While this helps in keeping your accounts and card details secure, it also means some payments cannot be processed.
